DVR Examiner User Experience Program
What Is It
The DVR Examiner UEP is a usage telemetry program that collects information on the usage and performance of DVR Examiner.
What Is Not Collected
- No personal information about the examiner/agency.
- No case or incident details except for device make and model as described below.
- No data from the source itself is collected, only metadata regarding the source (hard drive vs. image, disk size, etc.).
What Is Collected
Usage and performance events from within the application. Some examples of this may include:

To understand the performance of a given job in different circumstances. We are able to monitor the performance and identify and prioritize filesystems for implementation or that need improvement. |

Identify the most used capabilities and their performance. Identify any features or buttons that are not used and can be evaluated for removal. Identify the most common workflows and identify any inefficiencies. |

Understand the most used capabilities and functionality. |
| Device Make/Model | Make/Model of DVR provided when adding a device or submitting a profiler. | To better support frequently encountered makes and models. |
| Errors/Exceptions |

This will allow us to proactively identify defects within the application and collect necessary details to begin resolving them. |
