This week we talk to Patrick…

What do you do at DME Forensics? I handle the engagement process and technician work for DME’s Advance Technical Services Department and write detections for new file systems identified by customer via profilers.
Please describe your current “work from home” setup: My home office contains mine and my girlfriends gaming desktops, as well as the multiple animals I keep.
What are your credentials/experience for working in your position? I took several college credits before switching to full time employment. I worked for Best Buy as Sales & Customer Support, Service agent and as an associate for Burger King.
What do you like about working at DME Forensics? There is always something new to learn in the field, and someone to teach you about it and/or share their knowledge.
What is your background? I grew up in Stafford, Virginia. I started working for DME Forensics in 2016 back where our company started in Manassas Park. I then relocated with my girlfriend to Golden (CO) to stay with the company.
What are the values that drive you? Honesty, punctuality and compassion.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Playing video games with friends and studying animals (reptiles, invertebrates, and arachnids). I currently keep these animals and try to study the habitats and build bioactive (living, self-sustaining) habitats.
What pets do you currently own? I have two dogs, a Koromaru (Shiba Inu) and a Nia (Husky). Also, an assortment of fish, isopods (Armadillidium Klugii “Montenegro”), a corn snake, a leopard gecko and four tarantulas (Tlitocatl Albopilosum, Caribena Versicolor, Psalmopoeus Irminia and a Lasiodora Parahybana).
