Welcome to our “Inside DME Forensics” blog series. Over the next few weeks, each DME Forensics team member will introduce him/herself by going over a short list of interview type questions (some professional & some personal), in an effort to best describe who is it that you talk to when you call and/or email us!
This week, we talk to Nick…

Name: : Nicholas Oliver
Company Role: Jr. Customer Success Manager
Favorite quote: “Passion is what makes life interesting, what ignites our soul, fuels our love and carries our friendships, stimulates our intellect, and pushes our limits…” -Pat Tillman
What do you do at DME Forensics? I work directly with our customers to ensure they have everything they need to be successful. That includes onboarding and training, technical support and renewals. In addition, I am an advocate for our customers, and want to make sure their experience is second to none.
Please describe your current “work from home” setup: I have an office/guest room in my house that serves as my “man cave” where I work and also play video games and watch sports. I actually built the desk that I am using from scratch (using Ikea legs of course) and recently got a sweet dual monitor setup for Christmas.
What are your credentials/experience for working in your position? I have worked in Client Support/Success for over 8 years. In my previous role I managed a client support team, in addition to maintaining key relationships with our most strategic clients. I also worked closely with our development team to ensure the product we were putting out met the needs of our clients.
What do you like about working at DME Forensics? The teamwork and collaboration is something that I really enjoy. Everyone has each other’s back and is extremely helpful, regardless of what department you are in. There is also a great balance of work and play. We love to have fun but when its crunch time, everyone steps up.
What is your background? I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona and attended Arizona State University (Go Devils!). I recently moved to Colorado (September 2020) to be with my girlfriend, who is a pediatric nurse. My younger siblings (twin sisters) live in CO as well, so it was a no brainer to make the move!
What are the values that drive you? I think that being passionate about what I do really drives me. Like that Pat Tillman quote I mentioned earlier, without passion you have nothing that motivates you and fuels you. So when I am passionate about something, I give it my all and truly care about the outcome for myself and others.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Outside of work, I love sports and playing golf. Being from Arizona, it was something that I could do year round. I also enjoy camping and hiking, which seems like a requirement if you live in CO. I am also a pretty big “AvGeek” (Aviation Geek). I love everything about airplanes, both commercial and military, so if you ever see me just staring at the sky, I am probably trying to figure out what kind of plane it is…
