Welcome to our “Inside DME Forensics” blog series. Over the next few weeks, each DME Forensics team member will introduce him/herself by going over a short list of interview type questions (some professional & some personal), in an effort to best describe who is it that you talk to when you call and/or email us!
This week we talk to Liza…

Name: : Liza Valdez
Company Role: Jr. Customer Success Manager
Favorite quote: “The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance; it is the illusion of knowledge.” – Daniel J. Boorstin
What do you do at DME Forensics? I work with our customers to ensure they have the understanding and resources needed to reach their end goals. I also help in the renewals process, new client onboarding as well as technical support.
Please describe your current “work from home” setup: We were able transform our third bedroom into my new office, complete with a small collection of plants and a sit-to-stand desk. You can typically find at least one of my two cats sitting in my lap and my puppy close by.
What are your credentials/experience for working in your position? I have over five years of experience managing a multitude of clients’ email marketing programs. This involved constructing successful client onboarding processes, maintaining close client relationships, and increasing customer sales and revenue through continuous operational improvement.
What do you like about working at DME Forensics? It’s been great being surrounded by – and learning from – highly motivated people who are always willing to help. The company understands the importance of work-life balance, which is important to me, but knowing that we are working on a product that truly makes a difference all around the world is the reason I joined the team.
What is your background? I was born and raised in Colorado and do not plan on leaving anytime soon! After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I made my way to Denver where I have been ever since.
What are the values that drive you? Dependability, kindness & respect.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I love being outdoors – whether that is on my bike, a hike in the mountains or at a brewery. I also love to cook and bake (I make some killer chocolate chip cookies) and caring for my ever-growing houseplant collection.
