Welcome to our “Inside DME Forensics” blog series. Over the next few weeks, each DME Forensics team member will introduce him/herself by going over a short list of interview type questions (some professional & some personal), in an effort to best describe who is it that you talk to when you call and/or email us!
This week we talk to Kate…

What do you do at DME Forensics? I work with our customers to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and support they need to effectively utilize our DVR Examiner product and achieve their goals. I guide new customers through the on-boarding and training process, and act as an advocate to prioritize features, arrange for renewals, and tailor each customer’s experience to their needs.
Please describe your current “work from home” setup: I am fortunate enough to have a home office, making my WFH setup ideal. You’ll usually find my feline coworker – my cat, Trigger – posted up next to me throughout the workday.
What are your credentials/experience for working in your position? I have worked in Customer Success and Client Relations for over seven years now, with a focus on building Customer Success plans from the ground up, implementing client loyalty and referral programs, and developing meaningful relationship with customer contacts.
What do you like about working at DME Forensics? The collaborative team environment, along with the fact that the work we do helps people both in our local communities and internationally.
What is your background? I was born in Northern California before moving to Arizona as a child, and ultimately settling in Denver after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
What are the values that drive you? Independence – I pride myself on accomplishing things on my own volition; Sincerity – I strive to be honest and sincere in words and action; Empathy – The ability to feel for others is an integral part of understanding the world around you.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Living in Colorado, I love any opportunity to get outdoors – hiking, biking, or simply enjoying a day in the sun at Wash Park. I also enjoy cooking; I keep a vegetable garden in my backyard, so I always have an ample supply of ingredients!
