Name: : Brian Ferguson

What do you do at DME Forensics? Software Engineer. I work on Reverse Engineering with DevOps teams.
Please describe your current “work from home” setup: I converted a bedroom into home office. I have a standing desk next to a big window with good sunlight. It has nice view of Longs Peak on a clear day.
What are your credentials/experience for working in your position? I have worked over 25 years in software engineering for a range industries, including e-commerce, biotech and bioinformatics, e-book conversion and production, credit card sales and processing, and offender management for the DOC.
What do you like about working at DME Forensics? DVR Examiner is a great product and provides an import service to the community, and my co-workers are technically excellent, motivated employees, so I’m very proud to be part of the team!
What is your background? I grew up in the mid-west, and went to school at Purdue University. I started working professionally in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs, but I moved to Colorado about 25 years ago and have lived up and down the front range during that time.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I love all the outdoor activities we have access to in Colorado, especially camping and bicycling. I play a lot of board games and probably too many video games. I am a enthusiast astronomer and love astrophotography. I enjoy cooking at home more than eating out, and like to make complicated, fancy mixed drinks on occasion.
